  1. I agree that it is best to find a translation service provider with local linguists experts who know the target local language and with the first-hand experience of the business needs. This is definitely what my friend should check when choosing such service for the company he works for. He was assigned to find translation service provider as they have foreign investors who would like to do business with them. Since the foreign investors speak Finnish, it would be great if my friend checks if the provider has a Finnish expert.
